4. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is built on Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your interactions with our store and other Shopify-hosted stores to provide, improve, and secure its platform and services.
For certain uses of data across multiple merchants and Shopify’s own systems (for example, fraud detection, aggregated analytics, platform improvements, and some forms of personalized advertising), Shopify acts as an independent controller and is responsible for those processing activities and related rights.
To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information and your rights with respect to Shopify’s processing, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember items in your cart
- Understand how people use our site
- Improve performance, load times, and features
- Support security and fraud prevention
- Run analytics and advertising
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banners or tools we provide. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality (for example, your cart or login may not work properly).
6. Data Security and Retention
6.1 Security
No system is perfectly secure, but we and our providers (including Shopify) use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Do not email us full card numbers or other highly sensitive information. Use our secure checkout and contact methods.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. If you believe your account or payment details have been compromised, contact us immediately.
6.2 Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services and fulfill your orders
- Maintain business records and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our Terms
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or de-identify it, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, or legal notices.
7.2 Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track”
Where legally required and technically supported, if you visit our site with a browser that sends a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat that as an opt-out request for the device and browser sending the signal, in line with applicable law.
Otherwise, we do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” browser signals.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details in Section 11 so we can delete it. As of the date of this policy, we do not knowingly “sell” or “share” personal information of individuals under 16, as those terms may be defined in some privacy laws.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our store is hosted by Shopify. Your personal information may be stored and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection rules than your home country.
Where required by law, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or similar mechanisms) are used to protect personal information transferred across borders.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Shopify’s platform, or applicable laws. When we do:
- We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
