About RDX Industrial

RDX Industrial builds and supplies heavy-duty excavator buckets and attachments for contractors, rental fleets, and equipment owners who rely on their machines to make a living.

Who We Are

RDX Industrial is based in Oley, Pennsylvania and focused on one thing: mini excavator attachments that fit right and hold up under real work. We’re not a volume reseller or a drop-shipper. Our catalog is built around specific machine makes, models, and coupler systems.

If you run compact excavators, you’ll see that reflected in how we structure the site: collections by machine make, model, and mount type.

What We Do

We supply a focused lineup of attachments for mini excavators, including:

Most of our catalog is organized so you can shop directly by your machine: Bobcat, CAT, Deere, Kubota, Yanmar, Hitachi, Develon, and more – matched to the common coupler styles (pin-on, quick attach, X-Change, etc.) used in the field.

Why Fitment Matters So Much Here

Excavator attachments are not “one size fits all.” Small differences in:

  • Pin diameter
  • Pin center-to-center distance
  • Dipper/boss gap
  • Coupler / quick-attach geometry

can be the difference between a bucket that hangs tight and one that doesn’t go on at all.

Our approach is simple:

  • Catalog built around real machines: you shop by machine make and model, and in many cases by specific coupler type.
  • Data-driven fitment: we continually refine our internal fitment data when customers send photos, measurements, and feedback.
  • Clear responsibility split: if you bought for the correct machine make/model and standard mount from our catalog and it doesn’t fit because our data was wrong, we treat that as our error under our fitment policy (see our Terms and Returns Policy).

We don’t pretend your machine is “universal.” We try to match what you actually own.

For details, see our Fitment & Compatibility Guide.

How RDX Is Different

  • Focused product line: We sell a targeted range of attachments for compact excavators and related equipment, not a random catalog of everything.
  • Fitment-first mindset: You shop by machine. Fitment disputes are handled under a written policy so everyone knows the rules.
  • Clear terms, no games: Returns, shipping, and warranty are explained in plain language. You know in advance when you pay return freight, when restocking fees apply, and what is covered.
  • Built for real use: Products are selected and configured for actual contractors and operators, not just to look good in a product photo.

Who Our Attachments Are For

Our customers typically include:

  • Excavation and site-work contractors
  • Utility, drainage, and trenching crews
  • Rental fleets and equipment yards
  • Small municipalities and public works departments
  • Owner-operators with a few key machines they depend on

If you’re the one who hears about it when a bucket doesn’t fit or fails early, you’re exactly who we’re building this catalog for.

How to Shop RDX

  1. Start with your machine: Use our Make & Model Search to filter buckets and attachments that are compatible with your machine.
  2. Choose your mount style: Shop pin-on attachments or use the Filters to select the correct quick attach coupler system.
  3. Pick your attachments: Digging, trenching, grading, rippers, rakes – build out a sensible set for your work.
  4. Reach out if unsure: If something doesn’t look right, email support@rdxindustrial.com with your machine details and photos of the coupler / pin area before you order.

Policies in Plain Sight

We’d rather you know how we handle fitment disputes, returns, and warranty before you buy, not after something goes sideways.
